Recently, Dr Sophie Fenton (Amicus), presented the first CREDability Talk. Her topic was human education for a generative AI world, and she drew on her own research in establishing a school and leading both education and workplaces.
On Friday, 14 June 2024, several members of CREDS attended the Trustworthy Digital Society (TDS) event at UNSW. This event launched the TDS, as a shared endeavour between UTS and UNSW, with former state minister Victor Dominello as the director.
Centre Director, Keith Heggart, recently gave a keynote address on ‘Nightmares and Dreams: the possibilities and challenges of artificial intelligence for educational research’ to UIN Salatiga in Indonesia. It was great to see fellow CREDS member, Dr Dewi Wahyu Mustikasari, also as part of the panel, speaking about ethics.
