My research focuses on the design of LLM-powered chatbots and their implementation into learning management systems to enhance student engagement and personalised learning in higher education. The research explores the intersection of AI, digital pedagogy, and human-computer interaction design. Aiming to develop conversational agents that can adapt to the learner’s needs and increase the learner’s engagement in online learning environments.
